Between the cobbled streets and the Old Basin, L'Absinthe Hôtel opens its doors to you in a former presbytery from the XVIᵉ century, restored with care. Here, wood, stone and light tell a story: that of a house of character, where every detail has been thought out for the comfort and tranquillity of its guests.

Behind the thick walls of the Presbytery or in the Quai building, our 11 rooms offer peace and harmony.
Some open onto the fishing port, others onto the rooftops of Honfleur. All are air-conditioned and carefully decorated. From the Classic Room to the Quai Suite with a private sauna, each space invites rest and relaxation.

L'Absinthe Hôtel is a lively place, where antique furniture, objets d'art, old books and colourful stained-glass windows create a decor that is both eclectic and warm, welcoming travellers in search of experience, culture and meaning. Around the large fireplace, the fire crackles and conversations continue - this is the spirit we like to share: sincere, human and welcoming.
Breakfast & Honesty bar
Each morning, savour a local and delicious breakfast, served to your plate: artisanal jams, fresh bread, pure butter viennoiseries, Norman dairy products, and seasonal fruits, all rigorously selected from local producers.
At the end of the day, our Honesty Bar welcomes you with calvados, pommeau, cider and other local drinks for a peaceful moment by the fire.
