What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: up to 11:30 am
Late arrivals and delayed departures can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Do I have to pay a deposit when booking?

Depending on the price you choose, a deposit or bank transfer may be required to guarantee your booking.

What categories of rooms are available?

Are all rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all our rooms have air conditioning and heating.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and public areas.

Do the rooms have a television and a safe?

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a connected flat-screen TV and a safe.

Can I request a room with a harbour view?

Views vary depending on the rooms available. Please let us know your preferences when you make your reservation, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer extra beds?

Yes, on request and depending on the configuration of the room.

Do you accept children?

Yes, we welcome families. We have spacious family rooms and can provide cots and high chairs.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs and pets are welcome (€12 supplement per night). Please inform us when booking.

Are there suitable areas for walking pets?

Yes, Honfleur has plenty of green spaces. Our team can show you the best routes.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Generally not, but it is available at extra cost. It may be included in some offers.

What time is breakfast served?

From 8am to 10am. An early breakfast can be arranged on request.

Is breakfast suitable for special diets?

We cater for vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free and other diets. Please let us know in advance.

Is there a restaurant on site?

No, but we can recommend our good addresses in Honfleur and make reservations for you.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, we have a private, secure, covered car park 350 metres from reception (about 3 minutes by car or 5 minutes on foot). As the number of spaces is limited, we recommend that you book in advance (€16 per night per vehicle).

Where is L'Absinthe Hôtel located?

The Absinthe Hôtel is located in the heart of Honfleur town centre, a few steps from the Vieux Bassin, in a pedestrianised street.
On arrival, we recommend that you park temporarily at the beginning of the street to drop off your luggage at reception, and then park your car in our private car park (if reserved) or in another car park in the city.

How do I get to the Absinthe Hôtel from Paris or the airports?

From Paris: Approximately 2 hours by car via the A13. From Charles de Gaulle Airport: 2.5 hours by car. From Orly Airport: 2.5 hours by car. By train: Nearest stations are Deauville, Pont L'Evêque, or Le Havre, followed by a shuttle or taxi.

Is your establishment adapted for people with reduced mobility?

A PRM room is available on the ground floor.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

No, the hotel does not have a lift. Rooms range from the ground floor to the third floor, and our staff are always on hand to help with luggage if required.

Do you accept groups?

Yes, we welcome groups for seminars, family reunions, get-togethers with friends, or any other type of event. We offer group rates and can tailor your stay.

Do you have a meeting room?

Yes, our breakfast room can be transformed into a meeting room, complete with video projector, screen, flipchart and Wi-Fi.
