Every morning, we welcome you into our sun-drenched breakfast room. The tables, meticulously set with hand-painted crockery, enhance every dish. Around you, a Japanese-style screen stands beside a bookshelf filled with books, trinkets, and curiosities. Gentle music fills the space for a peaceful start to your day.
All our products come from Normandy producers, chosen for their impeccable quality and traditional know-how.

At the end of the day, after strolling through the streets of Honfleur, our Honesty Bar invites you to relax in a subdued and warm atmosphere.
The concept? A self-service bar: you help yourself with confidence and simply note down your consumption in the designated notebook.
A unique place to meet up, extend the day, start a game of chess, share a glass of absinthe or escape to the fireside with a good book.
